I was betting on luc Coene, governor of belgian national bank. I just heard he was to take in mansion in two monthes. At 67 he was a really advised man in the bankingt field. So I don't believe he to come and deliver his Farewell speech...

Bilderberg 2015 Dates Confirmed
https://americanfreepress.net/?p=23279

MARCH 20, 2015 AFP 2 COMMENTS
11_12_BIlderberg_Announced
• Meanwhile, sheer irony abounds regarding ‘buzz’ over the Logan Act.

By Mark Anderson —

Amid rumors and various online reports that typically fail to quote specific sources directly, police in western Austria have directly confirmed for AMERICAN FREE PRESS that Bilderberg 2015 will indeed take place at the Interalpen Hotel near Innsbruck in the Tyrol region, Thursday through Sunday, June 11-14.

“We confirm that the meeting of the ‘Bilderberg Group’ will take place between 10-14 June, 2015, at the location you mentioned in your e-mail,” wrote public relations officer Christoph Hundertpfund, in response to a query. “You may rest assured that all the necessary police measures required to secure the meeting [have] been planned for a long time.”

Hundertpfund, who is with Tyrol’s Regional Police Command, just gave the general time span of the meeting.

This reporter confirmed that an elite anti-terrorism unit, under the command of Austria’s Interior Ministry, will be part of Bilderberg’s notorious ultra-tight security—against passionate but harmless protestors and journalists.

“Members of EKO-Cobra will be part of the police operation relating to G7-Summit and Bilderberg Conference,” Hundertpfund added, naming the elite unit. The Group of 7, or G7, takes place June 7-8, right before Bilderberg, true to form.

“German Chancellor Angela Merkel has invited the heads of state . . . of the G7 states to Schloss Elmau, south of Munich, where they will discuss the major global challenges within the framework of this informal group of leading industrial nations,” a German government news release said.

Each year, protestors from the “left” and “right” unify outside the Bilderberg meetings to “call out” Bilderberg and keep the European media from dropping what has been respectable foreign exposure of the rogue’s gallery which is Bilderberg, even while trying to break what is still a virtual blackout among America’s mainstream media outlets.

The Washington Post’s welcome “coming-out” article to acknowledge the Bilderberg 2012 meeting nearby in Chantilly, Virginia was just a fluke, as the United States blackout has largely returned. Small wonder that the Post would again close the curtain, since, for decades, the Post’s publishers have taken part in Bilderberg’s private governance without reporting a peep.

Heavy contingents of area police, personal security, and such, certainly would not be needed if it were true, as Bilderbergers insist, that their meetings are limited to “talking shop” freely without needing to worry about reporters, while breaking for a few rounds of golf and drinks.

Much is at stake. The West’s intent to arm Ukraine against Russia, risking a wider war that could “go global,” is front and center.

And almost half the now-GOP-led Senate sent a letter directly to Iran, trying to upset or undo the Obama administration’s touchy negotiations toward preventing Iran from allegedly building its first nuclear weapon.

Yet, the grand irony is that the leading senator in that effort, newly-elected Tom Cotton, an Arkansas warmonger, is being seen as a possible violator of the Logan Act. Some believe that the dusty federal law enacted in the late 18th century forbids these senators from directly chiming in on “diplomacy” with a foreign government.

Others argue that Cotton and company do not violate the Logan Act because, as elected senators, they sent an open letter without entering into direct or indirect dialogue with Iran.

But American private citizens (CEOs, bankers, think-tankers, academics, as well as some elected U.S. officials) who are with Bilderberg clearly do fraternize, discuss issues and correspond with other Bilderberg members, some of whom are foreign officials currently in office with official duties and powers. Plus it’s all very hush-hush.

So, wherever Cotton and the other letter-signing senators may stand regarding the Logan Act, the case of Bilderberg members from the U.S. skirting or breaking that law appears much more clear-cut, which can and should subject certain attendees to prosecution, as this newspaper, and its forerunner The Spotlight, has insisted for years during the decades of coverage by AFP’s late ‘Bilderberg Hound’ Jim Tucker, onward to the present.

AFP first reported in its August 29, 2014 edition that Bilderberg appeared likely to meet in that part of Austria, in the very same five-star, Alpine conference center where this bund of bankers, royalty, finance ministers, prime ministers, past and current Congress and parliament members, media moguls, technology gurus, select CEOs and think-tankers met back in 1988.

Bilderberg met one other time in Austria, back in 1979.

As for his year, as has been the case the last several years, the high-rollers of Bilderberg will huddle from Thursday to Sunday, in this, their 63rd meeting in 61 years, in order to conduct what, over the years, has become a trans-generational global-planning and coordination forum held in much stricter secrecy than the meetings of its global cousins, such as the Trilateral Commission (TC).

Speaking of the “Trilats,” they’re meeting in Seoul, South Korea this spring—coming out of their Washington meeting in 2014 where this AFP writer was, surprisingly, the only media representative in attendance.

Containing Russia was a key 2014 TC topic, according to a special report leaked during the meeting; and at Bilderberg 2014 in Denmark, one of the topics listed on the group’s as-usual superficial “press release” was, sure enough, “Ukraine,” indicating coordination between two groups that both have TC founder David Rockefeller as a member—the same David Rockefeller who worked with “Trilateralist” co-founder and former U.S. National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski to literally hand-pick Jimmy Carter for the White House from behind the scenes. Brzezinski held that security post for Carter himself.

AFP Roving Editor Mark Anderson is a veteran reporter who covers the annual Bilderberg meetings and is chairman of AFP’s new America First Action Committee, designed to involve AFP readers in focusing intensely on Congress to enact key changes, including monetary reform and a pullback of the warfare state. He and his wife Angie often work together on news projects. Write to Mark at truthhound2@yahoo.com.

"Willy Claes, a former NATO Secretary-General, said in 2010 that Bilderberg attendees are mandated to implement policy decisions that are formulated during the meeting."

Here's yet another example. Altman and Haass are pushing TPP and decry attempts to defeat its fast-tracking and whine that amendments will weaken (that is, de-fang) it.

The labor organization AFL-CIO rebuts this.

This is the same AFL-CIO that was shanghaied by Bilderberger Lane Kirkland a generation ago.

The Belgian prime ministre will be present at the Bilderberg meeting.
Known as is mr Coene for his rudeness towards the workers of Belgium,
he will present his realizations in favour of the international elite. Brussels is the federal capital of Europe, and the liberal clique is proud of him.

Bilderberg: Making A Mockery Of Ministerial Transparency Data

BILDERBERG: MAKING A MOCKERY OF MINISTERIAL TRANSPARENCY DATA
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/PEPIS/conversations/messages/770
Written by Guest on Wednesday, 27 May 2015
George Osborne and Sir John Kerr meet at Bilderberg 2014

http://www.transparency.org.uk/news-room/12-blog/1267-bilderberg-making-a-mockery-of-ministerial-transparency-data

Charlie Skelton is a writer for Have I Got News For You and the Guardian. The TI-UK blog features thought and opinion from guest writers as well as TI staff. Any opinions expressed by external contributors do not necessarily reflect the views of Transparency International UK.

“Information is power,” said David Cameron in July 2011. “It lets people hold the powerful to account”. However, not all information is of the same quality. Good information is power. But bad information is disempowering.

The annual Bilderberg Conference is a particularly acute example. At the annual conference, participants have an implicit commitment to confidentiality over their meetings, undermining the public commitments of transparency over lobbying and the value of the UK’s Ministerial lobbying and gifts & hospitality transparency data. Where information is published, it has been found to be internally inconsistent, incomplete and inaccurate.

In the Treasury's quarterly transparency data for April-June 2014, in the list of George Osborne's “overseas travel”, is the record of a trip made on “30 – 31 May 2014”. Destination: Switzerland. Purpose of trip: the Bilderberg conference. One tiny mistake: the 2014 Bilderberg conference wasn't in Switzerland. It was in Denmark.

A slip of the fingers by a 19-year-old doing work experience at the Treasury, perhaps. But this error is indicative of the quality of the data published about ministers' participation in the annual Bilderberg conference – a yearly international summit of 130 or so high-ranking politicians, royalty, arms firms, media barons, bank bosses, IMF chiefs, NATO heads and corporate CEOs.

Staying with the 2014 conference for the moment: George Osborne records his attendance at this event in his list of “meetings with external organisations.” However, the Secretary of State for International Development, Justine Greening, who was a participant at the same conference, has completely failed to declare her attendance in her quarterly transparency data for the period.

Greening (pictured below) thinks it best to declare a chat she had with the Clean Cookstoves Alliance, “to discuss the issue of Clean Cookstoves in developing countries”, but not worth telling the public about attending a three-day policy summit with the Chairman and CEO of Shell, the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of HSBC, the Chairman and Chief Executive of BP, the Chairman of Fiat, the Executive Chairman of Google, and her own Chancellor. Maybe it didn't seem important enough?

Going back a couple of years to 2013, David Cameron recorded his trip to the Bilderberg conference in Watford in two different categories: “meetings with external organisations” and “hospitality” received. And he was there for a single evening. Greening was out in Denmark for the entire conference, and never mentions it. The hospitality, the travel costs, the meetings. Not a whisper. She meticulously declares getting a “flight upgrade” from British Airways the previous month, but not three days of private banqueting and accommodation at a 5 star luxury hotel in Copenhagen. It's farcical.

We're left with a situation where two senior British ministers attended the 2014 Bilderberg conference in Copenhagen. One didn't declare it at all, and the other declared it as a visit to Switzerland. Viva transparency!

Even though Osborne did partially succeed in declaring his overseas travel to the Copenhagen conference (even if he got the country wrong), he fails to declare any “hospitality” received for the days he spent there. In the same quarterly return he's careful to register a lunch with former World Bank boss Robert Zoellick (albeit misspelled as “Zellick”) but not the many meals he shared with Zoellick at Bilderberg. The same gap occurs in 2013: no mention of hospitality. Osborne did, however, declare the hospitality of Bilderberg back in 2011. Was that the one year he managed to get a seat at dinner?

The declarations around the Bilderberg conference highlight a sort of scattergun approach to Ministerial transparency data. Back in Osborne's 2011 declarations, he lists Bilderberg under “hospitality” but fails to record the 2011 conference in his list of “meetings with external organisations”, which he does in both 2013 and 2014.

Similarly, Kenneth Clarke, when a minister, chose to register his attendance at Bilderberg in 2013, but not in 2012. And even in the year Clarke did admit going to the conference he made no mention of the hospitality received (which, judging from the colour of his face when he left, was plenty).

It's impossible to say whether these inconsistencies and inaccuracies are due to carelessness, dishonesty, or civil service whimsy. But what's certain is that they undermine one's confidence in the overall trustworthiness of the ministerial transparency data. I've only examined one small area. Are these the only errors and omissions in the data? It would take an extremely muscular leap of faith to think that's the case.

It begs the question: is anyone actually checking this stuff? Or are we meant to say: “fine, they've published a spreadsheet and stamped it with the word “transparency”, I guess that's ok then.”

This brings us to another more general failing of the ministerial transparency data: the form in which they've been recorded. For example, the column of data headed “name of external organisation” is being made to accommodate everything from single journalists to corporations to major international conferences. In Osborne's most recent return, we have the same column in the spreadsheet being used to record meetings with “Mail on Sunday (Georgie Greig)”, “Dr Kissinger”, “HSBC” and “Bilderberg conference”. As if these are somehow equivalent bits of data. They're simply not. They're not the same order of things. Trying to fit them all in the same spreadsheet column is what the logician Rudolf Carnap called “a confusion of spheres”.

(Never mind the fact that the Editor of the Mail on Sunday is “Geordie” Greig, not “Georgie” Greig. Another gold star for the Treasury intern).

A similar category error occurs in the next column along, where the phrase “general discussion” is being used to describe both a 40-minute chat with a journalist and the entire content of a visit to Bilderberg: multiple meetings and seminars on multiple subjects that took place at a major, multi-day international summit. The same phrase can't meaningfully cover both events: there's too vast a difference of scale.

When used in reference to Bilderberg, the phrase “general discussion” has, in the terminology of Karl Popper, tremendously low “explanatory power”. It lacks what Popper calls “informative content”. Saying you had a “general discussion” with the “Bilderberg conference” is close to saying nothing at all. (Which is what Justine Greening actually did).

The problem here is: you don't have a “meeting” with the Bilderberg conference, like you might with Geordie Greig. You have a series of meetings during it. It's a sort of meta-meeting, containing seminars, breakout meetings, Q&As, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks, and private discussions. Perhaps with the Chairman of HSBC. And it lasts three days.

We witnessed George Osborne engaged in one of these breakout meetings in Copenhagen, where, for a good 25 minutes, he sat in earnest discussion with Sir John Kerr, who's the Deputy Chairman of Scottish Power and was then a Director of mining giant Rio Tinto. It was intense. We watched it take place. We've got photos of it. And if anything could be classified as a “meeting”, this was a meeting.

Osborne was there in Copenhagen, in his official capacity as Chancellor, very definitely having a meeting that he subsequently didn't declare having. What Osborne should have entered in his list of “meetings with external organisations”, if this list is to mean anything at all, is “Scottish Power (Sir John Kerr)” and “Rio Tinto (Sir John Kerr)”.

Again, are we to suppose this is the only “meeting” at Bilderberg that our Chancellor overlooked? The one that we happened to be able to document? That can't possibly be the case, a fact which further erodes our trust in the data.

“Every effort has been taken to ensure that this is as accurate as possible” insisted the Treasury on one of Osborne's earlier declarations. “Every effort” has been spent creating data this patchy? That's tragic. Don't forget: the public is paying for the preparation and publishing of this inadequate information by our public services, information which it's then supposed to use to hold the public services to account.

One of the government's seven “Information Principles for the UK Public Sector” is that information should be “fit for purpose.” And these transparency declarations fall well short of that standard.

The official spreadsheets look a lot more like “information” than they actually are. In the case of George Osborne telling us he went to Switzerland and had a “general discussion” with the “Bilderberg conference”, the information is close to being garbage. In the case of Justine Greening, we don't even get the garbage.

David Cameron urged us to use transparency data to hold the government to account, but if we really want wield this information, we need to know it's information worth wielding. Before we hold the government to account, first we have to hold the transparency data itself to account.

This extract is taken from the Bilderberg Official website FAQs!

With such high-calibre guests, why is there so little media coverage on Bilderberg?
The conference has never sought any public attention. An annual press conference on the eve of the conference was held for several decades up until the nineties, but it was stopped due to a lack of interest. However, the list of participants, main topics and the location are always published before each conference.

Only a week to go and not a single word about Bilderberg 2015 on their own website, lets hope they get plenty of publicity this year![/b]

Fears UK could be dragged into war against ISIS as David Cameron sends more troops to Iraq
17:00, 7 JUNE 2015 BY JASON BEATTIE
The additional forces will take the total number UK military involved in the battle against the Islamic State to nearly 900
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/fears-uk-could-dragged-war-5841071

Fears have escalated that Britain could be dragged into a ground war against ISIS after David Cameron announced another 125 troops would be sent to Iraq.

The additional forces will take the total number UK military involved in the battle against the Islamic State to nearly 900.

One hundred of the additional British troops will help train Iraqi security forces across the country detect and destroy ISIS mines and roadside bombs or improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

The 25 other personnel will provide medical, maintenance, and logistic support.

Mr Cameron outlined the further British army effort in a one-to-one meeting with Barack Obama at the support of G7 world leaders in Garmisch, Germany.

Speaking ahead of the meeting, the PM said: “The biggest challenge we face in terms of the effect on Britain is fighting extremist Islamist terror, particularly in Iraq and Syria.

“We’re already the second largest contributor in terms of air strikes in Iraq, and support for the Syrian opposition.

“But I’m announcing that we’re increasing our training effort in Iraq with another 125 personnel, specifically focused on counter IED training for the Iraqi Army.

“We already have quite a number of people in the Kurdish Regional Government. These people will be helping more broadly in Iraq.

"It’s a particular request the Abadi government has made, it’s a particular thing we’ve been working with the Americans on. I think it’s the right thing for Britain to do.”

Downing Street denied the additional forces was a sign of “mission creep” and would lead to troops on the ground in Iraq.

“It is Consistent with our approach so far in tackling the evil that is ISIS. This is exactly what we’ve been doing already,” a No 10 official said.

Britain recently pledged an extra £20million to help Iraq following a plea from the country’s Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.

Downing Street said Mr Cameron would discuss efforts to counter ISIS with Mr Abadi at the G7 summit.

After all, Etienne Davignon boasts that a discussion of the "Bilderberg group" the impetus for the introduction of the Euro have given. And he should know: The Belgian was twelve years served as the chair.

Tyrol Bilderberg 2015: 'Kiss of death' for Austria? Briefing by Martin Summers & Tony Gosling

BILDERBERG CONFERENCE 2015: JUNE 11-14
JUNE 6, 2015 ADMIN

Demis Hassabis: DeepMind is the Apollo Programme for artificial intelligence

Google-owned DeepMind has ambitions to "solve intelligence and use it to solve everything else"(NaSA)
Artificial intelligence (AI) pioneer Demis Hassabis has revealed his ambitions for DeepMind and explained why the AI startup "joined forces" with Google in 2014.

Speaking at a recent Google ZeitgeistMinds event, Hassabis said that DeepMind had set itself up as the Apollo Programme for AI - referencing NASA's efforts to put a man on the moon - with its primary mission being to "solve intelligence and use it to solve everything else" through general-purpose learning machines.

"The idea behind DeepMind was really to create a kind of Apollo Programme mission for AI," Hassabis said. "Now at DeepMind we have over 100 research scientists - 100 PhDs - top people in their machine learning fields and neuroscience fields working on solving AI."

Earlier this year DeepMind published details of the first ever AI system capable of learning tasks independently. Using a general learning algorithm, Atari computer games were able to be learnt by a machine without having the rules programmed into its software.

Hassabis revealed that the company he founded is now moving forwards in its research to add in capabilities like learning abstract concepts and long-term memory, mimicking the hippocampus found in the human brain.

Current and near-term applications for these capabilities tie in with Google's other ventures and subsidiaries, such as improving recommendation systems for YouTube and predictive healthcare applications.

DeepMind's £300m sale to Google last year was explained by Hassabis by saying that the search giant's mission statement of wanting "to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful", aligned with DeepMind's own mission.

"One other way of describing that mission is to think about empowering people through knowledge," Hassabis said. "Another way to think about this kind of AI, or artificial general intelligence, is that it's a process that automatically converts unstructured information into actionable knowledge.

"By trying to distil intelligence into an algorithmic construct and comparing it to the human mind, that might help us to unlock some of the deepest mysteries of the mind, like consciousness, creativity and even dreams."
