Les Ministres des affaires étrangères tiendront des réunions informelles à Oslo (Norvège) les jeudi 26 et vendredi 27 avril 2007, sous la présidence du Secrétaire général de l’OTAN, M. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer. Le Ministre norvégien des affaires étrangères, Son Excellence M. Jonas Gahr Støre, sera leur hôte.

2. Lieux
Les réunions ministérielles se dérouleront à l'hôtel Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel à Oslo.

Le Centre des médias sera installé au Spektrum d'Olso, à proximité de l'hôtel Radisson SAS Hotel. Le Bureau d’accréditation des médias sera installé à l’hôtel Opera, Christian Frederiksplass, 5, à proximité du Centre des médias et du lieu des réunions.

3. Accréditation et contrôles de sécurité
Les représentants des médias qui souhaitent couvrir les réunions ministérielles devront obtenir une accréditation. Les demandes d'accréditation ne peuvent être introduites que par voie électronique, en ligne, par l'Internet, en cliquant sur le lien suivant : https://my.hq.nato.int/jas.

Le processus d'accréditation exigera des représentants intéressés des médias qu'ils créent un nom d'utilisateur et un mot de passe et qu'ils fournissent une photographie numérique (photographie de type passeport, de 3,5 x 4,5 cm, en format JPEG). Les demandes d'accréditation devront être soumises par l'intermédiaire du lien mentionné ci-dessus pour le vendredi 20 avril 2007 au plus tard. Les demandes reçues après cette date pourraient être rejetées.

Les laissez-passer destinés aux représentants des médias et donnant accès au Centre des médias pourront être retirés au Bureau d'accréditation des médias. Ces laissez-passer ne seront pas envoyés par courrier aux intéressés, qui devront les retirer personnellement au Bureau d’accréditation des médias sur présentation d’une carte d’identité ou d’un passeport et d’une carte de presse en règle (ou d’une lettre d’accréditation d’un média reconnu). Les laissez-passer devront être portés visiblement en permanence. Le personnel de sécurité pourrait demander à tout moment que d'autres pièces d'identification lui soient présentées. Par ailleurs, les représentants des médias qui auront soumis leur demande d'accréditation par l'intermédiaire de l'Internet devront présenter une copie imprimée de la confirmation de cette demande.

Les représentants des médias sont informés que le personnel de sécurité examinera et pourra tester le matériel et les objets personnels apportés sur le site, et sont donc invités à se présenter suffisamment à l’avance pour se soumettre aux contrôles de sécurité.

En particulier, les journalistes de télévision et de radio et les membres d'agences de presse et d'agences photographiques utilisant des matériels encombrants sont instamment priés d'apporter ces matériels au Centre des médias avant midi le mercredi 25 avril 2007.

5. Radio- et télédiffusion
Les salles et les installations d’interview pour la télévision et la radio se trouvent au Centre des médias. Les camions utilisés pour la transmission par satellite des reportages radiodiffusés et télévisés devront stationner à proximité du Centre des médias. Le courant fourni en Norvège est de 220 V et les prises comportent deux broches rondes.

To be accredited, journalists must hold valid press credentials, or provide substantive evidence of professional bona fides:

Journalists in the Washington area must have press credentials issued by either the White House, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the House and Senate Press Gallery, the U.S. Department of Defense, or the USIA Foreign Press Center.

Visa Requirements
Journalists traveling from overseas to cover the Spring Meetings, who are not citizens or permanent residents of the U.S., are reminded that they will need to display a valid I visa to immigration officials at their port of entry into the U.S.

Before departure, participants are requested to obtain entry visas for the United States from the U.S. diplomatic or consular missions in their countries. The lack of a valid visa may cause authorities to deny boarding at the port of embarkation, as well as delays in clearance with immigration authorities upon arrival at the port of entry into the United States.

Participants should be aware that changes are being made to U.S. immigration procedures for certain countries, including some which are currently under the Visa Waiver Program. It is strongly recommended that all participants check with their nearest U.S. diplomatic or consular mission, or on the internet at http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html, for the procedures which will be in effect at the time of the Spring Meetings. Yes, you're reading it fine. It says those dates are when the next Bilderberg meeting will take place. It is a rather strange piece of writing though. The earlier paragraphs talk jokingly about wearing socks with holes in them. Made me wonder if it was disinfo.

Obviously keep that date open for the meeting. End of May suits just fine! However, if it is disinfo, what are the chances they might hold the meeting sooner, like mid-April? The Turkish forum has been hacked so often (again recently), it's obvious they've got someone watching it like a hawk.

According to 2 sources, Bilgi is a U.S. controlled University. Is he reliable?

don t interpret my remarks too large. They may indeed guiding us to the place and date ( wiithout giving us the place) in the goal of letting us thing they have nothing to hide and the only thing they want is tranquillity.

I have demonstrated in a five month session ( bonjour à tous, on the french section of the foruml ihey are all organizationned interrelated, pse have a look) and that if they are plaintiff of conspirationnism related attacks that is just because they obtained the results of their practice.They wanted to gain from their attitude and position of secret elite club preserved with the aid of the secret services of the atlantic world. So after that it is difficicult to say that they are a private club. They are interrelated with thousand members of different organizations pushing in the same sense.In such a way they are no more a lobby but well a secret clan stronger than a normal masonry.They identify with the stronger party of the Universe : the masters of it.

In such a way i do reckognize they don t like to appear in full light as nocturn insects, but a fact is stronger that a lord maire...then, it is up to you to conclude.
