Like the Rhodes Scholarship Program and many other powerful British Roundtable Brotherhood institutions, the RIIA is undergoing radical reform and modernization to suppress criticism and make it much more difficult to recognise in the future. The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), with its closely affiliated sub-branches, effectively now completely controls the entire global business, banking and political system of the world – including the Vatican.
Ruskin, FEMA Death Camps and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
FEMA is the acronym for the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency. The agency was established by Executive Order 12148 and signed into existence by Jimmy Carter in 1979. Some informed Americans have referred to FEMA as the ‘secret government’ of the United States. It is not an elected body, it does not involve itself in public disclosures and reputedly it has an unofficial quasi-secret budget amounting to billions of dollars.
FEMA has more power than the President of the USA or Congress, more power than ‘the people’. It has the power to suspend laws, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and hold them without trial. It can seize property, food supplies, transportation systems and can, with the President, suspend the Constitution in a declared state of national emergency and introduce martial law.
Ostensibly FEMA was set up to deal with civil emergencies in a state of national crisis. In reality, only about 6% of FEMA’s budget has been used for this purpose. The balance has gone into building hundreds of civilian, prisoner inmate labor concentration camps throughout the USA. The original plans for the construction of the camps were called ‘King Alfred and Rex 84’. Under the King Alfred plan, following a declared state of national emergency the ‘United States’ were to be abolished and the country was to be divided up into 10 separate regions. All political, ethnic and religious undesirables were to be rounded up and sent to the camps.
‘King Alfred’ by the way, is not an American name but a British one. In the annals of the English nation no man merits a higher place than King Alfred (or Alfred the Great). Alfred is revered in Britain for his courage and determination for delivering his country from brutal invasion and conquest by the hordes of heathen Danes. He began the task, which was completed by his son and grandson of welding the whole of England into one united realm. Prior to Alfred the Great, England had been divided up into some seven petty kingdoms, which made ruthless war upon each other after the Roman occupation. A statue honoring Alfred the Great (849-899 AD) resides in the hall between the House of Lords and the House of Commons.
On 19 November, 2002, George W. Bush Junior set in motion the biggest United States government overhaul in half a century creating the new Department of Homeland Security. This new department consolidated all or parts of 22 federal agencies including FEMA, Coastguard, Secret Service, and border patrol etc. into one new giant department. This new department was created supposedly to prevent another 9/11 type terrorist attack on America. Its combined budget of almost $US 40 billion, with a staff of over 170,000 personnel, in truth created a modern Nazi SS that Hitler could have only ever dreamed of. The emblem of the new Homeland Security Department is a Nazi Roman eagle, the very same emblem that Hitler used for his Waffen SS. Hitler always referred to the Waffen SS as his ‘Homeland Security Service’ and he continually said its police state powers were needed to protect the German ‘homeland’ from terrorists. The real essence of Nazism for all Germans was not to protect the ‘Fatherland’, but to protect the HOMELAND!
Under Hitler, the Nazi concentration camps came under the jurisdiction of the Waffen SS, and now FEMA, which has built in excess of 300 giant concentration camps with a capacity to hold millions of prisoners around the US, has now come under the new Department of Homeland Security in a similar manner.
While neither the FBI nor the CIA was made part of the new department, the Department of Homeland Security does have a new division that analyses intelligence, and this operates in conjunction with the Secret Service and FEMA. In reality, the new US Department of Homeland Security is a giant US Nazi Waffen SS. It should not come as such a surprise, because many of the heads of the US Government are former Rhodes Scholars – who have been indoctrinated into the teachings of John Ruskin – on whose gravestone at Coniston in England are two Nazi swastikas (plus one veiled in a key), which were used by Hitler as the emblems of his Waffen SS.
In early August 2004, “Fuhrer” President Bush Junior announced the creation of a new position of National Intelligence Director, responsible only to himself and not Congress. Hitler did the same – his name: Heinrich Himmler, position: Commander of the SS.
The ‘star’ on the shield of the emblem of the CIA is also a British one, revealing their secret control of the agency. [Its significance will be covered in much greater detail in Chapter fifteen, How the Babylonian Eucharist became the Star of Lucifer].
Hitler had his ‘false prophets’ in his ‘Nazified’ apostate Christian Church under National Socialism. Many Germans who worked in the death camps, including both Catholics and Protestants, who turned a blind eye to the suffering and didn’t give a damn about the inmates, still religiously went to church on Sundays. Could the same thing happen again?
Could Nicky Gumbel, who claims to be a good Protestant Christian, really be another secret “Nazi, Communist, or Fabian Socialist leader?” – just like his hypocritical German predecessors who went to church on Sundays under Hitler? After all, as the director of the Alpha course at Holy Trinity Brompton, he admiringly refers to B. F. Westcott in his book Questions of Life, p.167, and he calls F. J. A. Hort “one of the greatest textual critics EVER” in Talk 2, and he adoringly cites John Ruskin in Questions of Life, p. 56!
