Oh yes...this is a serious post. 
Government advisors want smokers to buy a £10 license/permit which they must carry at all times. This idea comes from Professor Julian Le Grand from LSE (London School of Economics) and also heads "Health England".
Where will this all end...how many permits will "you" need to carry? Of course, its much easier to carry an ID card, so roll over and accept it!!  |

is this for real?
I hear Amsterdam is passing a smoking ban law this year as well, which will kill all the fun legal pot-smoking 
On a positive note.
The Tobacco companies have been profiting from death for a LOOOONNNNG time, maybe we SHOULD stop smoking. |
