If this years conference is held in Finland, in the same hotel as 1994, I will know about it. But it's probably going to be Lisbon.

Greetings everyone...

Hi Tim... I was silent for quite a while, but watching the forum...

Indeed... between 2nd and 4th of April here (Bucharest) will be held the NATO Summit...

We will have a lot of security... airports closed, only for official use, downtown closed, and most of the business will be closed down and people sent in a short vacation... here are only a few hotels that can offer such a good place for such a meeting... one would be the JW Marriot Grand Hotel which is within few hundred meters from the Parliament building and right next to the Defense Minister so it can offer the best security for such a meeting. The next possible Hotel is the Crown Plaza... There is no COTA Hotel in Bucharest...

How about the dates... 21...23 (two weeks before the event) or 28...30.. of March...

Security checks are more intensive starting this Saturday, March 1st.

However, isn't it too early? There hasn't been one since 1964 (20-22 March USA) and 1966 (25-27 March Germany)... and the earliest was 1957 (15-17 February, Georgia)... and after 1991, the soonest was in 1993 (22-25 April, Greece)...

I will start here localy the investigation... there are only a couple of weeks or three at most left till the possible meeting here in Bucharest.

actually it's not to soon...

there are a few hot subjects:
* Russian elections due to March 2nd
* Kosovo independence (Romania opposed it's independence...)
* NATO Summit due to April 2-4 (first NATO Summit in Romania)... (maybe Ukraine and other countries due to join NATO soon and other hot topics regarding NATO)
...
* Trilateral Commision meets on March 16...

Dear All,
Easter is falling soon this year and you have to make a lot of busy people to meet somewhere. Why not easter?

Romania is important for the NAto because of the vicinity of Black sea and Caspien world and its oil.Because Romania works hard in the Nato world .All this is true but we have three countries ( Greece, Romania, Bulgaria) that are working hard to have their vision about mediterranean world. ( leaded by Bilderberg Bakoyannis, former mayor of Athenes and actual secretary to Greek external affairs. That leads me to think about Bucharest.( before the Nato meeting).

Target: five stars hotel in a nice landscape, not too far from the capital, if possible with gold and easyly defendable by the romanian security and secret services as the CIA etc..The building should not be old and all commodities of good quality, as the food ( if David Rockefeller comes).

For the lisbon partisan, target hotels and check if such a five stars hotel is busy from Thursday up to sunday.

The Cota is outside the city, near the coast. 140 km is the maximum radius used for medical and security reasons.

The only Cota hotel in Romania is actually called Cota 1400.

Cota mean Altitude/Elevation and it's, almost, on the top of the mountain. It is at 1400 meters altitude.

It's a 3 stars hotel.

Have you found such a "Cota" hotel, different from the one I mentioned? A link to it?

There aren't too many five stars hotels in Romania... there are only another couple of 5 stars hotels on the seaside, however I believe they are closed till May/June when the summer season starts.

I will continue my investigation next days.

The obvious hotel choice in Lisbon is Dom Pedro Palace, and rooms are not completely booked yet, so it's possible that meetings would be held instead in Oporto, which is far more expensive to fly to, and stay. There are also less choices and less reason to travel there. The Porto Palacio has conference rooms booked out for most of the upcoming Th-Su weekends in the next few months. It is a very expensive hotel.

They will benefit from the already in place security. Already I can see increased security in the city, lots of drills, undergound channels are being sealed... and so on. It's like the whole city it's going into a siege.

More than that, there are be new and hot issues and policies to be addressed by NATO... and we know already how those are working already...

Okay, well if the NATO Summit is April 2-4 and the place is already going into lock-down a month in advance, then that's very suspicious. Last year we were lucky in that 2 invited journalists leaked that it would be Istanbul. Because of this, the open letter and the various campaigners, newspapers and magazines, Bilderberg was exposed and there were mass protests in Taksim Square, especially against a possible war with Iran. Bilderberg had to back down and keep quiet.

This year therefore it makes sense that they will be even more secretive and set out a disinformation campaign. We have many leads, but nothing definite and I'm wondering if my pro-Portugal informant may be a disinfo. person, even though his answers to our questions seem reasonable. The lock-down in Bucharest right now is suspicious, and hiding behind the NATO meeting is plausible. Most importantly, they have real economic and political reasons for being there (also for the USA). Good work Spooky.
