Where is all this anti-Muslim, anti-faith ideology coming from nowadays? Much of the hype seems to be behind Richard Dawkins.

Were these Hitler's own words? Actually there is considerable doubt whether Hitler wrote his own speeches which he almost always read out from a lectern script, for example at the Nurenberg rallies. Get the DVD and you'll see the complex web of occult societies that brought the Nazis to power.
