The Canadian Government has allowed Conrad Black to return to his Toronto mansion, and wife Barbara Amiel, following his release from a Florida State Prison on Friday May 4th 2012.

Black was sentenced in 2007 after being found guilty of Fraud and Obstruction of Justice by defrauding his own company Hollinger International.

Black renounced his Canadian Citizenship in 2001 which makes the decision by Canada Immigration to allow him to return on a one year permit a little strange! Black remains a British Citizen and is still entitled to sit in the House of Lords as Lord Black of Crossharbour. He obviously still has friends and influence in Canada!

Conrad Black was an important Bilderberger and served on its Steering Committee for several years. It is unlikely he will be welcome at this year`s conference.

Last time Black was seen (outside) in a Bilderberg meeting, it was outside,
a witness saw him speaking with David Rockefeller outside the hotel building at Ottawa , the bodyguard being a little apart.
In which quality could he be back?
