A mystery walker who gave Robin the 'kiss of life'.
this is from the following article:
Robin Cook: 1946-2005: ONE-HOUR BATTLE TO SAVE HIM; Hiker gave kiss-of-life after 999 call.
Daily Mirror August 7th 2005
Believed to have fallen then broken his neck near the summit of Ben Stack near Thurso
Pronounced dead at 4:05pm
Neither of them had a mobile phone so Gaynor shouted to some nearby walkers
She rang 999 on their phone at 2:23pm
Coastguard helicopter from Stornoway, 120 miles away, arrived 20 minutes later.
Helicopter could not land.
Winchman was paramedic George Chrossan who decided to winch Robin up.
