I found this yesterday:

it has almost ALL confidential results with what was discussed. I am surprised this hasn't been looked into more in detail till now...

It would be good for as many people as posible to download it and create mirrors etc before it disappears for copyright infringement.

I will starty analysing and contextualising this documents for my forthcoming book (hopefully a ph.d. thesis). stay tuned.
