We may eliminate the actual week march 22-25 because Philip the Prince is feasting the5o th anniversary to our bondage towards the UE in Brussels.

We may scrap following week as well because on march 30 Davignon is assisting to the General Meeting of Cumerio.

Lors du Sommet européen des affaires des 15 et 16 mars 2007, le président de la Commission, José Manuel Barroso, a déclaré aux dirigeants d'entreprise que le marché unique européen "devait s'adapter aux réalités du 21ème siècle" pour relever les défis de la concurrence mondiale accrue, de la dépendance énergétique, du changement climatique et du vieillissement de la population.

J.M. Barroso a expliqué : "Nous devons parvenir à un bon fonctionnement du marché pour les citoyens, les consommateurs et les entreprises", indiquant que la révision du marché intérieur de l'UE actuellement en cours avait pour objectif de " faciliter le mécanisme".

Il a cependant ajouté qu'il ne suffisait pas de régler les questions internes et que l'Europe devait renforcer ses relations avec ses principaux partenaires, notamment les Etats-Unis.

Il a souligné : "Pour vous donner un chiffre : le total des investissements américains en Chine l'année dernière n'a représenté qu'un quart du total des investissements américains en Belgique en 2005".

J.M. Barroso a annoncé son intention de resserrer les liens avec les Etats-Unis lors d'un sommet prévu le 30 avril à Washington : "Je travaille activement avec la chancelière allemande, Angela Merkel, sur des mesures concrètes en vue de créer une économie transatlantique lors du prochain sommet UE-Etats-Unis". Il a notamment souligné la convergence des normes et de la réglementation comme des secteurs-clés pour renforcer la coopération des deux partenaires, indiquant que ces mesures aideraient "les deux rives de l'Atlantique à mieux faire face à la mondialisation".

Quant aux politiques relatives à l'énergie et au changement climatique et au nouvel objectif européen ambitieux de réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre de 20% d'ici 2020, J.M. Barroso a recommandé aux entreprises de "penser de façon dynamique".

Selon lui, "les entreprises européennes doivent saisir l'opportunité de devenir leaders au niveau international dans le domaine des technologies d'énergies propres et s'en servir pour augmenter la croissance et la création d'emploi", réaffirmant sa conviction que l'Europe "peut mener une nouvelle révolution industrielle pour une économie produisant peu de carbone".

Cependant, cela pourrait s'avérer être une tâche difficile pour l'Europe, qui doit faire face à une concurrence croissante sur le marché des technologies d'énergies propres, notamment de la part des Etats-Unis.

Le président du Conseil d'administration de Shell et de Nokia et président de la table ronde européenne des industriels (European Round Table of Industrialists, ERT), Jorma Ollila, a déclaré : "Nous devons savoir ce que fait la concurrence," ajoutant que les Etats-Unis "investissent aujourd'hui cinq fois plus dans la recherche sur l'énergie que l'Europe".

Il a conclu : " Cela signifie que nous devons nous décider à effectuer des efforts à long terme en matière de recherche et développement ".

So, this article is saying that BArroso and Merkel want to make a free exchange zone TROUGH CONVERGENCE IN LEGAL ET LEGISLATIVE FIELD between europe and the USA and that meeting in Washington is on thIS agenda ( barroso and merkel) will be held on April 30, 2007.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel is to receive an honorary doctorate of philosophy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem next month during her visit to Israel and the Palestinian territories, a university statement said.

It said that Merkel, who is also scheduled to visit Jordan and Lebanon during her March 31 to April 2 Middle East tour, is to be honored by the university "in recognition of her lifelong dedication to the principles of democracy and in appreciation of her warm and constant friendship for the people and State of Israel."

Discussed will be the worlds potential & strategically oil reserves, and how to coupe slash use this knowledge wisely.

We know that Bilderberg is convinced of the end of petroleum.They want us to adopt nuclear electricity, and why not, depolluted coal.That s why BP, Total etc... are interested in investing in atomic centrales.
As usual, this meeting will speak about that again....
Have a look upon the European Industrialist Table round. Climate change, climate change. that is the disguise with which they want the electors 'to decide' to change of civilization...

You probably already know a lot of the "Climate Change" is being generated deliberately by the HAARP project and weather-control satellites. It has very little to do with CFC's or cows farting in fields.

Dear Viewers,

Currently, thus as we speak the oil & refinery meeting taking place in Frankfurt.
Can´t say preciously where it is taking place, but I know for a fact it is being held in Frankfurt.

Besides all the major players & countries attending, from Europe, Russia, Africa South America & Middle East
There are also a few major chemical firms present, something which is logical seeing that most chemical " ingredients " originate from these refineries.
